Chairman
Mr. Li Xiaopeng is the chairman of Dewe Holdings Group. He has more than 30 years of security, management, legal and investment-related experiences. His expertise covers security, culture, investment, trade and a variety of other industries. He is the founder of DeWe Holding Group and has worked in Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau, Ministry of Public Security, Olympic Organizing Committee, Hong Kong and Macau Liaison Offices. Mr. Li graduated from People’s Public Security University of China, with a bachelor’s degree in law, a master’s degree in business administration from the Central Party School, and studied at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Advanced management courses.
Mr. Li established the China Public Safety Education Foundation in 2015 and has since been advocating the mission of “Let children grow up safely, healthily and happily”. Mr. Li believes CPSEF would further improve the Safety quality, reduce the occurrence of safety accidents, and better ensure the safe and healthy growth of college, middle and elementary school students.
Vice Chairperson
Ma Jun
Mr. Ma Jun is the managing director of Ruizhi Management Consulting Co., Ltd. and a partner of Yintai Capital Co., Ltd. He received his bachelor’s degree from Beijing University of Technology and obtained a master’s degree in business administration from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Mr. Ma has rich experience in investment management and corporate operation management, having worked as a partner in a large private equity institution for more than 8 years. He is mainly responsible for the operational due diligence and post-investment management of investment projects. He worked closely with various world-leading companies and have been advising for marketing management, supply chain management, and listing platforms for more than 13 years.
Mr. Ma is passionate about children’s education and attaches great importance to children’s safety awareness and safety skills education. He will be providing professional opinions on daily matters such as fundraising and operation of the foundation to CPSEF.
General Secretary
Ning Peng
Mr. Ning Peng is the general secretary of the China Public Safety Education Foundation, the director of the China Children’s Charity Relief Foundation, the Antongsheng Special Fund, a member of the National Children’s Safety Skynet Project Committee, and an expert of the National Children’s Safety Education Work Management Center.
Mr. Ning Peng has many years of experience in children’s education. He is the general person in charge of the foundation’s daily work in Mainland China. He has led the foundation to win the Outstanding Contribution Award for Charity and Public Welfare many times.
Mr. Ning is currently a graduate student majoring in Sociology at the School of Social and Demography at Renmin University of China, and had participated in community planning courses at the School of Public Administration of Tsinghua University, advanced studies at joint program of Beijing Normal University, the International Federation of Social workers supervision and the International Red Cross Academy Humanitarian Affairs Advanced Seminar.
Mr. Ning Peng has been engaged in the field of public welfare for a long time. Since 2004, he has been a director and deputy secretary-general of the Qinghai Gesar Charity Foundation; he has participated in the preparation of the foundation and the planning and execution of related projects; since 2014, he has served in Qinghai Province. Secretary-General of Gesar Charity Foundation; Since 2016, he has served as Secretary-General of China Public Safety Education Foundation; since the end of November 2016, he has served as Director of An Tongsheng Special Fund of China Children’s Charity Relief Foundation, presided over the completion of the Foundation Children’s Foundation Design and implementation of safety education projects. Now hired as a member of the National Children’s Skynet Project Committee, an expert of the National Children’s Safety Education Work Management Center, an academic committee member of the Youth Safety Institute of the People’s Public Security University of China, etc.
General Secretary (Hong Kong)
Terrance Ng
Mr. Ng is the regional Secretary-General ( Hong Kong) of the China Public Safety Education Foundation, and the Secretary-General of the Jinjiang City Haotou Association of Hong Kong and Macau. An expert in social sciences and economics, Mr. Ng is responsible for the daily operations and activities of the foundation in Hong Kong and Macau, manages the foundation’s overseas fundraising, and is responsible for the overall planning and scheduling of foundation funds.
Mr. Ng previously participated in community work from 2006 to 2011, serving the citizens of the district (voluntary); He also previously worked in bank fund settlement.
Deputy Secretary
Zhang Yukun
Mr. Yukun Zhang holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in social sciences (economics) from the University of Chicago. Since childhood, he has been very interested in charity and public welfare. During his college years, he set up an international student life mutual aid association on campus, and participated in joint education programs that teaches at underprivileged and underfunded elementary schools in the greater Los Angeles area. After joining the foundation, he is primarily responsible for hosting charitable fundraising in the Greater China region, plan publicity activities, and plan the foundation’s charity dinner.
